I’ve had the opportunity to work with Hamlin Daniels in the production of a student booklet. The job involved redesigning certain aspects of the existing lay-out as well as the general look and feel to the document, with a view to the document being more user friendly. The job also required printing. HD managed to turn the project around really efficiently and without too many iterations. I believe this demonstrated a really good ability to capture the key points of the customer brief and that they are very capable designers.
The project team provided an excellent level of service and helped make the process incredibly smooth, displaying flexibility and attention to detail. I look forward to working with HD again!
We have been lucky enough to have been appointed to The University of Edinburgh’s (UOE) graphic design roster for over a Decade. During this time, we have had the opportunity to work on a huge variety of projects across the University’s diverse range of Departments and Schools. Projects have spanned designing the prestigious Prospectus Suite, creating Fundraising Mailers, devising a concept for an Energy Campaign, Digital Campaigns, Newsletters and more.
We have just finished a Community Fundraising Campaign namely The Big Leap and we are also very excited about a new ‘live’ project (April 2016) to design a new generic brochure to showcase all the University has to offer.
Please browse through a small selection of our work for the University below.
A ‘Switch and Save’ energy campaign was created to communicate key environmental and energy saving messages to students, university staff and visitors.
The University of Edinburgh launched its first Community Fundraising campaign on Tuesday, 1st December 2015. The campaign message was that since 2106 is a leap year, we all get an extra day free. The Big Leap campaign encourages staff, students, Edinburgh friends and businesses to use the extra day to fundraise for the university.
The campaign encompasses all kinds of fundraising events from abseiling, running a marathon, fire walking, touch mudder and boot camps to a World Record Cake Bake.
The Big Leap really is A giant step for giving.
