Branding isn’t what you tell your customer. It’s what your customer tells other customers.

In other words, it’s only as good as the product/service you offer.

And when you put it in those terms, a quick spit and polish job isn’t going to cut it.

In an ideal world, we’d start with some staff and customer workshops. Then follow up by conducting a brand audit of your business to identify your true personality and establish a tone of voice. Only then can we apply the creative finishing touches. (As any good painter will tell you, the secret to a good job is in the preparation.)

All of that sounds expensive, but you’d be surprised. One of the benefits of working out of a virtual office with a bespoke project team is you pay for the expertise, not the deep pile carpet in reception.
